About this sermon
Word had come of quarreling at Corinth — I am of Paul, I am of Apollos, I am of Cephas — and the reply asks whether Christ is divided. The hour follows that opening argument into baptism and who does the baptizing, and what Paul meant by saying he was sent to preach rather than to baptize.
The church added a correction to the original posting: the point intended was that Christians baptize sinners to become Christians.
