About this sermon
Ruth is four short chapters set in the days of the judges: a famine, three widows, and a Moabite woman who refuses to go home. The story moves from gleaning at the edge of Boaz's field to a redemption settled at the town gate, and closes with a genealogy that runs down to David. A small book about ordinary faithfulness that turns out to matter enormously.
