About this sermon
Proverbs 18 opens with a man who separates himself and seeks his own desire, and the chapter never really leaves the subject of a person alone with his own reasoning. At close to fifty minutes this is a longer-than-usual Saturday study, following the chapter through its warnings about speech, quarrels, and the confidence that comes from hearing only one side of a case.
