Total depravity is defined first from Webster and then from the reformed and Presbyterian confessions of faith — including the line about infants infected in their mothers' wombs — and then tested against Psalm 51 and Romans 5. Nick Greenman's sharpest objection is Jesus himself: fully human, yet sinless. The study ends where Ezekiel 18 does, with the soul that sins being the soul that dies.
